This week we’ve been working on prepositions with boxes and characters from Bayard’s book level CM1: “on, in, under, below above�” all nicely spoken in a sentence. Great speaking opportunity for my students 😊 who got very excited about it!

First the kids had to build up GB as they think it looks like (funny shapes 😂) and then they worked with tracing paper to notice that the Union Jack 🇬🇧 flag is made of England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 , Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿, Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 and Northern Ireland flags. Amazing time!
