4. Prices and Payment

6. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has a period of 14 days from confirmation of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal, in accordance with current legislation. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content downloaded and immediately accessible. For English courses, you can exercise your right of withdrawal if the course has not yet started. If the internship has started, it is no longer possible for you to withdraw.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Liability

8.1 The Seller cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage linked to the use of the products and services offered.

8.2 The Seller does not guarantee the results of the courses and training courses, these depending largely on the involvement and efforts of the Customer.

11. Disputes and Applicable Law
